BECOME AN ART ON THE HILL ARTIST
Come and join us for Art on the Hill 2026!
We had a very busy weekend last year with lots of visitors enjoying a weekend of art, crafts, workshops and cake! With visitors from Bucks and surrounding counties spending over £11,500 on art, and after many previous successful years, we know Art on the Hill is a much looked forward to fixture in the creative calendar! We would love you to come and exhibit at the 2026 event.
Art on the Hill 2026 opens with the preview night on Friday 20th March and runs throughout the weekend to close at 4pm on Sunday 22nd March. We’ll also be promoting Art on the Hill extensively again in 2026, both on social media on our Facebook page and instagram , and via a huge distribution of posters and flyers.
We will also provide you with a downloadable flyer that you can distribute on your social media platforms. We expect to have a very busy preview sale on the Friday with over a hundred invited guests.
To exhibit you will need to register using our online form:
The closing date for registration is 9 January 2026.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-
This year we have streamlined the payment process so that you can pay directly through the registration form, so that you know your space is reserved right away.
We know the hall and library spaces are popular so we have also introduced a premium so that this general area can be reserved up front.
Our standard price is for our classroom galleries and corridor spaces, which have lots of space and light, and this year the classrooms will be situated next to each other in the heart of the school.
Prices are per column or display table:
HALL & LIBRARY: £35
CLASSROOMS AND CORRIDORS: £30
BROWSER*: £7In addition to these set up costs Art on the Hill will take 25% commission on all work sold.
*In all galleries you may have an unlimited number of unframed artworks displayed in a browser. This must be provided by yourself and sit by your panel. Unfortunately we cannot accept greetings cards in the browsers or on tables/panels.
NB/ A copy of your valid insurance certificate will need to be emailed to us upon registration. If you do not have professional liability insurance, we require an insurance contribution of £3. -
The columns of hanging space measure approximately 95cm wide and 240cm high. Display tables are 55cm wide and 110cm long. Unfortunately we cannot accept any cards or crafts on the display tables or hung on the panels, these are for sculpture/pottery and artworks only.
Please also note that all artwork (including prints) hung on panels must be framed, unless on canvas or deep-sided panels.
You may select which area you would like to exhibit (Hall/Library or Clasrooms/Corridors), however, you will not be allocated your specific panel until closer to the date when we have curated the exhibition. -
Last year we had a lot of visitors visiting out social media accounts and our website artonthehill.org. Please send one or more digital images of your recent work to us at aothartists@gmail.com. We will then be able to use your images to promote your work and the event on our website and social media.
We also encourage you to promote the event yourself and can provide you with social media assets should you want them.
